MATH 1040 - Intro to Statistics (QL)

Credits: 3   |  Additional Course Fee Required
Descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Emphasis on sampling design; descriptive statistics; linear regression and correlation; probability; sampling distributions; hypothesis testing and confidence intervals.

Prerequisite: RDG 0990 ; within the last year, MATH 1010  w/C grade or better, or appropriate Accuplacer score, or within the last 18 months appropriate ACT score.
