CMGT 1220 - Woodworking & Millwork I Credits: 4 This course explores the basic principles of woodworking. Safety will be discussed in depth. Topics include the theory & hands-on application of joinery, design, cut-lists, stock preparation & assembly. An assigned skill building project utilizing techniques such as frame & panel construction. Includes an introduction to use wood veneers as a sustainable practice. Typical project cost: $100.
