KESL 0225 - Intermediate I Reading and Writing Clock Hours: 120 This course develops reading, writing, vocabulary and grammar skills. It is for intermediate level students with some ability in reading and writing but with some limitations in vocabulary expression and language structure. Learner outcomes include improved ability to read and understand high frequency vocabulary and complex sentences and to write extended discourse with increasing accuracy.
Prerequisite: Appropriate SLCC placement or successful completion of KESL 0125
