DSTA 1130 - Heavy-Duty Drivetrains

Credits: 4
Classroom and lab-based instruction in torque converters, powershift transmissions, automatic transmissions, electronic transmission controls, off highway suspension systems. Transmissions service and oils will also be covered, instruction in manual twin countershaft transmissions, automated twin countershaft transmissions, differentials, power dividers & master clutches.

Prerequisite: DSTA 1065
