COMM 2400 - Social Media Tools and Strategies Credits: 3 An introduction to social networking components such as social media platforms, blogs, RSS feeds, podcasting, wikis, collaboration and virtual teams, and forums. Further study will be devoted to how organizations successfully use these tools for communication through content creation and distribution.
